Where does The 3pm Box ship to?
Currently we ship to Melbourne Metropolitan areas. For deliveries outside of this please contact us with the suburb/Postcode and we will see what's possible.
What days do you deliver The 3pm Box?
All subscription box orders placed before the end of the month are shipped on the week of the 15th of the following calendar month. So an order placed in January will ship by in the week of February 15th. If the 15th of the month falls on a Public Holiday, orders will be shipped on the first working day that follows.
One-off box purchases for require a 3 to 5 day turnaround.
For next day delivery please enquire prior to placing your order

Can I customise a box?
Yes, this is possible for an additional charge. We will do our best based to cater to requests based on stock availability. Please select the custom order option within the shopping cart and note what you'd like your box to contain. If your option is not avaliable please email us.
When should I eat my goods?
Whenever you like! our snacks and treats are designed to be eaten anytime and anywhere. We personally like to treat ourselves with the products as a mid-morning or mid- afternoon snack at around (you guessed it) 3pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card and Paypal.
What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
The driver will leave it in a place that feels safe and suitable.
If the driver has no other option, they will return the order back to head office and we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
How much does a re-delivery cost?
If we can re-deliver the order on the same day then only a delivery charge will apply.
If that option is not available, 50% of the order will be charged plus a delivery fee.
What do I do if my box or an item arrives damaged?
Sometimes damage can occur during delivery. If an item in your box is opened or damaged, please take a few pictures of A) The Item in question and B) The Box Itself and email us at email@example.com.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Policy?
Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 1st of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 1st of the month).
Can I get a refund on an order if I change my mind?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at to discuss an option for a refund within 24 hours of receiving your box. All first time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window.
